SUMMARY:Connect on the Quest: Climate Change Communications
DESCRIPTION:Green Schools \nConnect on the Quest: \nClimate Change Communications \n \nHaving positive and productive conversations about climate change is a great way to open the door to solutions-focused thinking and a problem-solving mindset. During the Nov 2nd Connect on the Quest\, Hannah Phillips\, Manager of Docents and Interpreters for the Saint Louis Zoo will review the principles of both climate change and climate change communication to help us learn the most productive ways to discuss the topic. Presentation material is informed by the National Network for Ocean and Climate Change Interpretation network (NNOCCI) for which Hannah is a certified trainer. \nConnect on the Quest is a virtual gathering centered on providing Green Schools Quest participants with opportunities to connect with each other and learn together. It is also open to educators and the general public who are not GSQ participants\, but would like to learn about the subjects shared.
