Sustainability features include access to daylight and views to the outdoors, recycled finishes, native plants and habitat restoration, stormwater management, night sky and bird friendly exterior lighting and more. One special feature is a large hickory tree that had to be removed from the site, which was wood kiln-dried and repurposed as the lobby’s fireplace mantle.
