Mixed income communities are critical to achieving neighborhood equity and rejuvenating economy and quality of life. FEATURED SPEAKER: Justin Idleburg, Principal CEO of Cabanne District Community Development Corporation Justin Idleburg is the Executive Director of Cabanne District Community Development Corporation. Justin works with governmental leaders, grassroots leaders, faith-based rural/urban communities.
