Greenbuild hosts the largest annual event for green building professionals worldwide where attendees learn and source solutions to improve resilience, sustainability, and quality of life in our buildings, cities, and communities. The Greenbuild 2026 event will take place October 20-23, 2026, at the Javits Center in New York City. Join us as we imagine how to create more than LEED-certified structures. The theme for Greenbuild 2026 is "Invest for Impact," calls the industry to push harder: expand decarbonization, strengthen resilience, and create smarter, healthier, buildings. Architects, designers, builders, operators, investors, and innovators all converge at Greenbuild to accelerate the next wave of sustainable development. Enjoy a pint of your favorite beverage at various Green Dining Alliance (GDA) certified locations every 1st Thursday @ 4:30 - 6:00 pm. This monthly happy hour event is for all community members to network with local green building and sustainability professionals while discussing opportunities to serve our communities.
The First Friday series is back for 2026 and starting in March, all sessions will feature live, never seen before content! During each session, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of the presenters, connect with peers, discuss the latest in green building, and learn more about what’s happening at USGBC. These courses are available for anyone to attend, but are free to local or company USGBC members. That includes Missouri Gateway Green Building Council members!

This is a hybrid session for all Green Schools Quest schools and Mentors to share resources, problem-solve projects, and support one another in the Quest. You can join via Zoom, or come to our office at the Missouri Botanical Garden for snacks and networking!

This is an optional session for Green Schools Quest participants to review the Green Schools Quest final submission materials and the scoring rubric. We will also touch on the Whole School Sustainability Framework and the Rainbow of Sustainability.
